The information on this website is general guidance about locks, keys and our services. It is not a quote or a guarantee that a particular job can be done. We work to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is complete or current at all times.
Quotes given by phone are based on the information you provide. If the lock, key or vehicle turns out to be different, or extra work or parts are needed, we will explain the change before carrying out the additional work. Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise.
For everyone’s security, we may ask for photo ID and proof that you own or are authorized to access the property, vehicle or safe before we open it, make a key or change a lock. We may decline any job where ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed.
We use non-destructive methods where practical. Some locks, vehicles and safes can only be opened by drilling or other methods that damage the lock; we will tell you before we do this. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults in hardware or vehicle electronics that we did not cause.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
